Chief Revenue Officer at Crossover Health

As Chief Revenue Officer and co-Founder of Crossover Health, Nate brings more than 20 years’ experience in and passion for healthcare to his daily interactions with clients. He is a strong advocate of plan designs that make primary care, mental health, and physical medicine low cost or no cost for members, and has developed shared savings programs that align incentives across partnerships, and deliver objective improvements along the cost, quality, and experience dimensions. 

Prior to founding Crossover, Nate led the development of a direct-to-consumer Medicare marketing program and built a large online Medicare broker partner network. He was also employed by several large healthcare payers in operations and product development, and has worked in healthcare technology, helping payers and consumers with decision-making by factoring in costs. 

Murray earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Utah and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University.

Katie Hakimi has spent nearly 15 years working in various roles across Employee Benefits and currently serves as a strategic partner to brokers and consultants at Crossover Health, where she’s been for 2 years.

Prior to Crossover Health, Katie was on Aon’s National Health Transformation Team and helped to lead the development of the Women’s Health and Caregiving point of view.

Katie has a passion for all things women’s health and advocating for women to get the exceptional care they need and deserve. She is privileged to be leading this discussion with such a strong group of women.







Camilla Giallourakis

Assistant Vice President, Aon

Camilla is an Assistant Vice President and Licensed Clinician within Aon’s National Health Transformation Team. She supports clients in identifying the components of health that impact their organization through data analytics and evidence-based practice.

Camilla’s expertise is in evidence-based practice, clinical pathways and quality improvement. She has a passion for addressing health equity and social determinants of health in marginalized populations and now leverages this while working with employer populations.

She is currently co-leading the family building and DEI thought leadership teams within Health Transformation and additionally supports thought leadership in women’s health, gender affirming care, genomics, and obesity.







Panelist: Carmel O’Donnell

DO, Physician, Crossover Health

Dr. Carmel O'Donnell is a board certified Internal Medicine physician and has been in practice for over 23 years.

She worked in a variety of clinical settings and also worked as a Registered Nurse for 9 years before graduating medical school. Carmel has been with Crossover Health for 4 years and currently is one of the Primary Care Providers on the East Coast Virtual team.

She has a wide range of experience and passion for women's health along with measures that enhance patient care delivery. Carmel leads the Women's Health Group at Crossover and feels privileged to be able to partner with passionate and exemplary leaders in the healthcare field.




Nicole Thalheimer


Panelist: Nicole Thalheimer

PsyD, Crossover Health

Nicole (Nikki) Thalheimer has been passionate about helping folks her entire life. Be it volunteering, mentoring, or through her role as a clinical psychologist, she enjoys working with, connecting to, and building rapport with people. Working collaboratively with other Crossover providers from a team-based approach allows her to provide the best possible member care. Creativity, flexibility, and when appropriate, humor are cornerstones of the work Nikki does with members.

Nikki brings more than a decade of experience working with the LGBTQ+ and often-marginalized communities to her role with Crossover. She has worked with folks in many settings, all across the lifespan. Outside of her time at Crossover, Nikki enjoys hiking, traveling, and kayaking. She has been a bookworm and an animal lover her whole life, and she loves all things Broadway. Spending time with her family, friends, kiddo, and pup are top priorities outside of work.
