Moderator: Katie Hakimi | VP Sales & Channel Partnerships, Crossover Health

Katie Hakimi has spent nearly 15 years working in various roles across Employee Benefits. She’s been with Crossover Health for the last 2.5 years, where she currently serves as a channel team leader. Her primary responsibilities are focused on leading the team that partners with consultants and brokers nationally, informing the strategy, and working cross-functionally with revenue leaders and the broader XO organization to execute on that strategy.

Prior to Crossover Health, Katie was on Aon’s National Health Transformation Team and worked directly with clients on long-term population health strategies. In her tenure as a consultant, Katie worked on several Total Worker Health strategies, bringing together health, risk, and other stakeholders to align on data, strategic initiatives, and tactical implementations to improve overall health.

Panelist: Chia-Chia Chang, MPH, MBA | Coordinator for Collaborations, Office of Total Worker Health

Chia-Chia Chang, MPH, MBA works in the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and serves as the Coordinator for Collaborations in the Office of Total Worker Health® and a Coordinator of the Healthy Work Design and Well-Being Cross-Sector Program. She was the project officer for the development of a framework for worker well-being and the NIOSH Worker Well-Being Questionnaire (WellBQ).

She also leads collaborations to share research and identify promising practices for advancing worker safety, health, and well-being. She has created and delivered presentations and trainings on five continents to diverse audiences, including health and human resources professionals, industry associations, university graduate programs, and Fortune 500 companies. Her efforts have helped researchers, non-profits, labor, employers, and agencies put TWH strategies into practice and become champions for worker well-being.

Panelist: David Keyt MS, GBA | National Director of Employer Health Centers, Alliant

Joining Alliant in 2023, David is the National Director of Employer Health Centers. He has dedicated his career to consulting in the onsite/nearsite space because he believes that high-quality Primary Care is essential and foundational to an effective healthcare ecosystem.

David previously spent 17+ years at Mercer, building and leading Mercer’s Worksite Clinic Consulting Group. Industry experience includes state and local governments, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, financial services, retail, education, entertainment, utilities, and many others. David is recognized as a senior leader in the world of Employer Health Centers. He serves as a board member for the National Association of Worksite Health Centers (NAWHC), is a regular speaker at NAWHC, WCF, BRI, and is frequently quoted in leading publications.

Panelist: Tim Lao | Health and Wellness Manager, Gwinnett County Government

Tim Lao is the Health and Wellness Manager for Gwinnett County Government and provides oversight to Gwinnett County’s award-winning Embrace Wellness program and onsite Gwinnett Employee Wellness Center. Tim brings over 25 years of corporate wellness and population health experience and has helped develop, design, and implement numerous effective wellness solutions for government and state entities, private companies, corporations, and healthcare facilities.






Panelist: Sumeet Batra, MD, MPH, FACOEM | Medical Director Occupational Medicine at Crossover Health

Sumeet Batra, MD, is Medical Director of Occupational Medicine Programs at Crossover Health. He’s responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Occupational Medicine services customized to client needs and is passionate about improving the experience for patients and employers by reducing barriers, improving communication, and integrating with Primary Care.

Before Crossover, Dr. Batra served as a Medical Director overseeing Occupational Medicine programs for large health systems and Fortune 500 companies. He has also provided guidance on Occupational Medicine program design, regulatory compliance, and integration with organizational health + benefits strategy as Medical Advisor for a number of corporations.

Dr. Batra is a board-certified Occupational Medicine Physician and a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
