Live Webinar:
"Health Center Transitions: Honest Perspectives on Switching to a New Partner "

January 16, 2025
9:00–9:45 am PT / 12:00-12:45 pm ET

For many employers, transitioning from one health center partner to another is a scary task. The unknown costs, required resources, member disruptions, and experience can create too high of a hurdle to make a change. The goal of our discussion is to demystify the transition effort by hearing from a few stakeholders that have recently, and successfully, switched their onsite health center partners. We’ll explore important topics like:

  • Time, resources, and cost to transition
  • Navigating member impact and disruption
  • Retaining key members of the Care Team
  • Managing historical member information from one medical group to another
Please join us to hear the reflections from employers, consultants, and project managers, on their experiences managing vendor transitions!
