Moderator: Katie Hakimi | Vice President, Channel Team Lead at Crossover Health

Katie Hakimi has spent nearly 15 years working in various roles across Employee Benefits. She’s been with Crossover Health for the last 2.5 years, where she currently serves as a channel team leader. Her primary responsibilities are focused on leading the team that partners with consultants and brokers nationally, informing the strategy, and working cross-functionally with revenue leaders and the broader XO organization to execute on that strategy.

Prior to Crossover Health, Katie was on Aon’s National Health Transformation Team and worked directly with clients on long-term population health strategies. In her tenure as a consultant, Katie worked on several Total Worker Health strategies, bringing together health, risk, and other stakeholders to align on data, strategic initiatives, and tactical implementations to improve overall health.

Panelist: Amy Ciampi, PharmD, MBA, Account Principal at Crossover Health

Amy has been with Crossover Health since 2021. She joined the organization as an Associate Principal and has managed complex, strategic, national accounts from the Associate Principal, Senior Associate Principal, and Principal levels.

Amy attended Oregon State University and received her PharmD in 2012. She completed an MBA program in 2016 while starting an independent pharmacy in Bend, Oregon. Her experience prior to joining Crossover was spent in pharmacy ranging from serving as a community pharmacist in various settings, including underserved clinics, pharmacy operations management, and overseeing a large organization’s merger and acquisition strategy. This experience and lens into healthcare has helped offer a valuable perspective and deeper understanding of the “problem to solve” when supporting her client relationships.

Panelist: Jessica Catelani, Client Success Program Manager at Crossover Health

Jessica has been with Crossover Health since 2016, working directly with diverse client populations to drive effective engagement in appropriate care. As the manager of Crossover’s Client Success program with experience working directly in Crossover’s health centers, Jessica’s work has been instrumental in building trust and fostering long-term client relationships that deliver meaningful outcomes.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Wellness from California State University Monterey Bay in 2013. She is deeply passionate about supporting Crossover’s mission to deliver value-based personalized care. She believes that access to health care is fundamental and works tirelessly to bridge gaps, ensuring eligible populations have the resources and support needed to achieve their best health. By combining data-driven insights with empathy and understanding, her and her team have successfully implemented engagement programs across a wide variety of clients.

Panelist: Jeni Chih, Sr. Director, Global Health & Wellness at PepsiCo

Jeni Chih is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and transformation across diverse industries. With a career spanning diverse industries including manufacturing, investment banking, retail and technology at renowned companies such as Oracle, NetApp, and Gap Inc., Jeni has amassed a wealth of experience in strategic design and execution.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Health & Wellness for design and strategy at PepsiCo, Jeni leverages her diverse background to drive impactful change at the intersection of employee well-being and organizational strategy. In this role, she leads initiatives to design and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs that prioritize the holistic needs of employees.

With her extensive experience, strategic mindset, and commitment to making a positive impact, Jeni Chih continues to drive meaningful change in the realm of health and wellness, setting the standard for excellence in design and strategy across industries.

Panelist: Katie Penza, Partner at MercerWELL

Katie Penza is a Partner in Mercer’s Health business and a leader in the firm’s MercerWel Specialty Practice. As a MercerWell consultant, Katie works with large and jumbo employers of various industries supporting their strategy development and deployment and bringing innovative ideas to support change in healthcare delivery and experience.

She has been a member of PepsiCo’s consulting team for many years, most recently partnering to lead the Health team at Mercer. Katie also leads High Value Care vertical within the MercerWell practice.

Katie holds a BA in Health & Societies with a concentration in Healthcare Market and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been with Mercer since June 2011.
