Plan members have access to Crossover’s network of in-person and virtual services, as well as Anthem’s in-network providers. If you need a specialist, Crossover will provide high quality, in-network referrals1. You can also get referrals to new or existing providers by simply scheduling a visit with your Crossover provider.

Yes, you will still have the ability to receive care from non-Crossover providers within the Anthem network. If you have a referral from your Crossover provider, specialty visits will have a $20 copay. Copays will increase to $75 for non-Crossover Primary Care visits and $150 for Specialty Care without a Crossover referral.

Yes, you may receive a referral to a new or existing provider by logging in to your Crossover account and connecting with your Care Team.
A member of the Anthem team who’s responsible for helping you and any dependents with referrals within the Anthem Network. The Anthem Health ACE serves as a plan concierge to assist members with referrals and any plan questions. For these referrals3 to remain low cost, plan members need a referral from Crossover. Both teams will work in conjunction to ensure you have access to in-network, high quality care.
