Panelist: Carly Dolmseth | Associate Principal at Crossover Health

Carly serves as the main point of contact for her clients as well as serving as a liaison between the client and internal Crossover partners. She executes the strategy for client partnerships and reports out on KPIs across a variety of topics. Carly began her career at Crossover as a Client Success Manager for one of Crossover’s largest clients. In this role, she supported the client by growing member engagement and working cross functionally to achieve revenue and engagement targets Carly received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Arizona. She currently resides in Arizona with her husband and furry companion, Millie.

Moderator: Katie Hakimi | Vice President, Channel Team Lead at Crossover Health

Katie Hakimi has spent nearly 15 years working in various roles across Employee Benefits. She’s been with Crossover Health for the last 2.5 years, where she currently serves as a channel team leader. Her primary responsibilities are focused on leading the team that partners with consultants and brokers nationally, informing the strategy, and working cross-functionally with revenue leaders and the broader XO organization to execute on that strategy.

Prior to Crossover Health, Katie was on Aon’s National Health Transformation Team and worked directly with clients on long-term population health strategies. In her tenure as a consultant, Katie worked on several Total Worker Health strategies, bringing together health, risk, and other stakeholders to align on data, strategic initiatives, and tactical implementations to improve overall health.

Stephanie Walter is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience developing strategies and integrated programs that engage diverse member populations across the full lifecycle—from awareness to acquisition to ongoing engagement and retention. As Director of Member Marketing at Crossover Health, she leads insights-driven marketing strategies, programs, and multi-channel campaigns to deliver measurable outcomes. With experience in consumer and healthcare sectors, Stephanie is passionate about improving how organizations connect with their audiences and delivering impactful marketing solutions that enhance both experience and outcomes.

Panelist: Hariharan Athreya, MD | Physician at Crossover Health

Dr. Hari is a Primary Care physician at Crossover Health. He loves public and preventive health, specifically community health and obesity prevention. Originally from San Antonio, he completed his medical and public health degrees at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School, and his residency and fellowship at the University of Illinois and Emory University, respectively. Providing comprehensive preventive Primary Care and building relationships with members bring Dr. Hari the most joy in his medical practice.
