He was also employed by several large healthcare payers in operations and product development, and has worked in healthcare technology, helping payers and consumers with decision-making by factoring in costs. 

Murray earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Utah and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University.

Michael Boroff

Panelist: Dr. Michael Boroff
Clinical Psychologist and Mental Health Program Manager at Crossover Health

Michael Boroff, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist and the Mental Health Program Manager for Crossover Health. He oversees the organization’s behavioral health services nationwide, and works within an integrated, team-based care model to establish trusted relationships with his patients and their extended care teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Dr. Boroff has spent his years at Crossover establishing, implementing, and maintaining a behavioral health model of care based on approaches that are progressive, sustainable, and scalable. He oversees the mental health program culture and communication, has large responsibility for hiring and onboarding new team members, in addition to providing direct clinical services at Crossover's Life@Wellness Center on the Meta campus. His past experience includes program management at Kaiser Permanente, quality improvement leadership Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, and assistant professorship at California Institute of Integral Studies.

Dr. Boroff received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Stanislaus and his Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, San Francisco Bay.

Carter Comrie

Panelist: Carter Comrie, PhD, LP
Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Crossover Health

Carter Comrie is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Southeast Michigan and is the Mental Health Lead for Crossover Health, a tech-enabled, direct-to-employer interdisciplinary clinic system located in the Detroit, Michigan area. In addition to his role within the Crossover, he is the current Chairperson for the Michigan Psychological Association (MPA) Pain Psychology Task Force and serves as the Vice-Chairperson for the Michigan Health Professional Recovery Committee, being the representative from the Board of Psychology. He completed his PhD at the University of Detroit Mercy and his post-doctoral fellowship at Ascension Genesys Hospital in the Flint, MI area.




Sylvia Chudy

Panelist: Sylvia Chudy, MD
Physician Lead at Crossover Health

Sylvia Chudy, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and Physician Lead at the Crossover Health Midtown and Flatiron health centers, both in New York City. She oversees the integrated care delivered to members – inclusive of primary care, mental health and physical medicine – to optimize wellness for improved outcomes. With a passion for integrative and functional medicine, Dr. Chudy joined Crossover Health to support patients’ overall health and wellbeing.

Prior to joining Crossover, Dr. Chudy held various leadership roles at hospitals and health systems across the greater New York City area, including attending family physician at Northwell Health in Glen Cove, NY. She also held the distinction of family medicine chief resident physician at North Shore LIJ Glen Cove Hospital on Long Island.

Dr. Chudy received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Poznan University of Medical Sciences.
