Prior to Crossover Health, Katie was on Aon’s National Health Transformation Team and worked directly with clients on long-term population health strategies.

Cassondra Hepburn



Cassondra Hepburn | VP, Benefits & Well-being, Jackson Healthcare

Cassondra Hepburn is the Vice President of Benefits & Wellbeing for Jackson Healthcare, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search, and technology companies that help thousands of facilities around the country serve over 10 million patients each year. Their mission is, “To improve the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone we touch—starting with our own associates.”

Cassondra has been with Jackson Healthcare since 2017 and now leads the Corporate Benefits Team which administers all health & welfare, retirement, and well-being benefits. Her passion is corporate wellness that includes robust communications and health education so associates get the most value from their benefits plans. She leads quarterly Wellness Summits with internal and external partners to collaborate on initiatives designed to elevate the personal and collective well-being of the organization and larger community.





Patti Wahl



Patti Wahl | Senior VP, Delivery System Transformation, Aon

Patti Wahl is a Senior Vice President for the Health Transformation Team, part of Aon’s national Health Solutions practice. She assists self-insured clients in leveraging value-based care to transform the delivery of healthcare and leads Aon’s National Virtual Care Strategy Team.

Patti joined Aon in 2019. She has an extensive background in leadership positions across health systems, health plans, and employer organizations. Her experience includes negotiating, implementing, and operationalizing complex value-based contracts across diverse patient populations of Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicare, and Managed Medicaid for a $5 billion health delivery system.

Patti also served as a leader of a regional employer purchasing coalition where she assisted employers on their journey from volume to value. She led complex, multi-stakeholder community initiatives that brought together employers, providers, payers, and consumers to think creatively and work collaboratively to improve health, care quality, and affordability.




Danna Chang



Danna Chung, MD | National Virtual Medical Director, Crossover Health

Dr Danna Chung is board certified in Internal Medicine, Allergy/Immunology, and Integrative/Holistic Medicine. She joined Crossover in 2019 and is the Lead Physician for the Virtual Primary Care Teams. She’s been working in telemedicine since 2015 and is excited to help deliver quality healthcare in new and accessible ways for Crossover.

As part of her allergy and integrative specialization, she focuses on environmental impact on health and “whole picture” well-being. She’s been involved in research of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies and co-chairs an annual international conference that educates healthcare professionals and patients on the latest Integrative Medicine innovations.

Prior to this work, she practiced at various health centers in underserved NY communities. She also worked at the 9/11 World Trade Center Monitoring and Treatment Program for First Responders at Mount Sinai to help treat and track the conditions resulting from exposure at Ground Zero.




Eric Cunningham



Eric Cunningham, PhD | Senior UX Researcher, Crossover Health

Eric Cunningham is a seasoned anthropologist with 10+ years of experience spanning academia and industry. His expertise lies in unraveling the intricacies of human experiences through mixed methods research. At Crossover Health, he has driven innovation, boosted engagement, and improved user satisfaction by helping establish and advance the company's UX research functions.

Previously an Associate Professor of Japanese Studies and Lead UX Researcher at Hack for LA, Cunningham's insights are honed from diverse cultural contexts and shared through publications, presentations, and mentorship. His passion lies in leveraging research for meaningful impact that makes the world a better place.
