Now more than ever, employers are prioritizing employee mental health care. According to Business Group on Health’s recent large employer survey, 62% of workplaces added new mental health benefits in the last year—and intend to keep them permanently. But, how effective are these benefit investments? Join Michael Boroff, PsyD, Mental Health Program Manager at Crossover Health for a live discussion on why employers should prioritize both mental health care access and outcomes. Dr. Boroff will discuss how investing in a measurement-based approach to mental health care not only has therapeutic power for employees, but also ROI potential for employers looking to scale access across their employee population. He will also share findings recently published by Crossover Health demonstrating the value of outcomes-based mental health care. Join us for this informative live conversation and learn how measurement-based mental health care can work for you and your employees.
